In the first leg of their UEFA Champions League quarter-final, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) secured a 3-1 victory over Aston Villa at Parc des Princes.
Despite Aston Villa taking an early lead with Morgan Rogers’ goal in the 35th minute, PSG responded with three remarkable goals. Désiré Doué equalized in the 39th minute with a powerful strike, followed by Khvicha Kvaratskhelia’s impressive solo effort in the 49th minute to put PSG ahead.
Nuno Mendes sealed the win with a composed finish in stoppage time. PSG dominated possession and displayed a dynamic attacking performance, giving them a significant advantage ahead of the return leg at Villa Park.
