Roger Tuivasa-Sheck is set to become the 13th player to reach 150 appearances for New Zealand Warriors when he takes the field against Canberra Raiders at Go Media Stadium on Friday night, with the club naming an unchanged 19-man squad following last week’s commanding win over Sydney Roosters.
The only change is in the reserves, where Marata Niukore returns from injury in place of Luke Hanson.
The 32-year-old winger reaches the milestone in his ninth season with the club, having returned in 2024 after a stint in rugby union, and comes in after another influential performance in round one, where he produced strong metres, line breaks and try assists.
His latest appearance adds him to an elite Warriors group led by Simon Mannering, alongside names such as Stacey Jones, Manu Vatuvei and Shaun Johnson.
