The One New Zealand Warriors have launched their Hall of Fame, naming Sir Peter Leitch, Stacey Jones, Simon Mannering and club owner Mark Robinson as the inaugural inductees at the club’s annual awards in Auckland.
CEO Cameron George said the honour recognises people who have made an exceptional and lasting contribution to the Warriors through commitment, character and service. Leitch was celebrated for decades of passionate support as the “19th Warrior,” Jones for his record-breaking playing career and long association with the club, and Mannering for his remarkable 300-game career and six seasons as captain.
Robinson was recognised for his investment in the Warriors since becoming sole owner in 2019, including supporting the club through the Covid years and investing heavily in its development pathways.
