The man shot dead on Friday in the driveway of a New Lynn address was father of two Robert James Hart.
Police have launched a homicide investigation called ‘Operation Metals’ to find and locate the offenders. Hart’s grieving family have requested privacy at this difficult time.
Police appeal to members of the public with relevant information about this investigation to contact their local police station as soon as possible.
