Queensland Police statement

Two teenagers have been charged with murder following the death of a woman at North Lakes last night (December 26).

Police will allege at 11.30pm, two teenagers gained entry to a home along Whitfield Crescent where they were confronted by a man and woman who reside at the address.

An altercation occurred inside the property and moved outside to the front yard, where it will be alleged a 41-year-old North Lakes woman was fatally stabbed.

A 43-year-old man sustained a non-life threatening stab wound and was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital for treatment. He has since been released.

The two offenders fled the scene on foot prior to police arrival.

Investigators, with the assistance of the dog squad, located four teenagers at a nearby location just before 4am (December 27).

All four were taken into custody.

Two 17-year-old boys, one from Holland Park and the other Zillmere, have both been charged with one count each of murder, attempted murder and enter dwelling with intent in company.

Both have been denied police bail and are due to appear in the Brisbane Childrens Court.

A 17-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy continue to assist police with inquiries.

  1. The gangs are using the underaged wannabees to commit their crimes for them.
Quite frankly, this is why Western Societies need to arm their citizens for self-defence as granted by the UN Charter Right to Self-Defence, Chapter 7 Article 51.
Interesting how these tyrannical, dictatorial WEF Governments are signed on to this, but illegally prohibit the use of firearms for self defence by their ‘citizens’ and ‘nationals’…
    Just ask the dairy owners…
And ‘fog-cannons’ that block-out CCTV footage in identifying perps? How bloody stupid!
The ram raids are continuing in ‘Holiday Fashion’…despite bollards being in place!

  2. I find the husbands behaviour a little amiss on film being interviewed. The wording in the report is unusual. Look at the overuse of “alleged’ and ‘allegedly’ in other reports. The boys are not being charged with breaking and entering, only entering with intent. The husband had a small wound on his upper arm, she was stabbed to death. I love true crime, so call me suspicious on this one.
