Damning scientific review raises questions over mRNA COVID jab safety

Scientific review of mRNA

A scientific review examining the development and widespread deployment of modified messenger RNA (modRNA) COVID-19 vaccines has raised significant concerns about unresolved toxicological risks, manufacturing inconsistencies and the adequacy of safety assessments conducted before the technology was introduced to the public.

The review argues that the accelerated development and authorisation of the vaccines during the COVID-19 ‘pandemic’ left important questions unanswered about their biological effects, particularly those involving the distribution of vaccine components throughout the body, the persistence of spike proteins and potential long-term adverse reactions.

Researchers examined scientific literature, clinical trial findings and post-authorisation safety reports, identifying several areas they believe warrant further investigation. These include cardiovascular complications such as myocarditis and pericarditis, neurological conditions, reproductive effects, immune system disturbances and possible associations with cancer.

Particular attention was given to lipid nanoparticles, which transport modified RNA into human cells. The review highlights evidence that these particles can travel beyond the injection site and accumulate in organs including the liver, spleen and ovaries. It also discusses research suggesting that the nanoparticles themselves may trigger inflammatory responses independently of their RNA contents.

The researchers questioned aspects of the original Pfizer/BioNTech clinical trials, particularly the distinction between relative and absolute risk reduction. Although the trials reported approximately 95% relative effectiveness against symptomatic COVID-19, the review notes that the corresponding absolute risk reduction was approximately 0.7%.

Manufacturing changes introduced during the transition from clinical trials to mass production were another major focus. According to the review, alterations to RNA integrity, purification processes and vaccine formulations potentially affected product consistency and safety. The authors highlighted reports of higher rates of certain adverse reactions following these changes, including swollen lymph nodes and other inflammatory responses.

The review also examines concerns surrounding residual plasmid DNA in vaccine preparations, including disputed findings about contamination levels and theoretical risks of genetic integration. The authors acknowledge that some proposed biological mechanisms, including links to cancer, remain unconfirmed and require independent investigation.

Cardiovascular complications received particular scrutiny, with the researchers citing studies suggesting that myocarditis and pericarditis may occur more frequently in certain vaccinated populations than initially anticipated, especially younger males. They also questioned whether existing surveillance systems adequately capture adverse events, given the recognised limitations of passive reporting and the potential for underreporting.

The authors further challenged some observational studies used to estimate the benefits of vaccination, arguing that statistical biases, population differences, naturally acquired immunity and changes in viral characteristics may have influenced reported effectiveness.

The review acknowledges limitations in the available evidence, including reliance on retrospective observational studies, short-term safety reporting and research designs that cannot reliably establish long-term causal relationships.

Rather than presenting new clinical trial results, the paper brings together existing research and competing interpretations of vaccine safety data, identifying areas where the authors believe scientific understanding remains incomplete.

The researchers conclude that future applications of modified RNA technology should be subject to more comprehensive preclinical testing, improved manufacturing oversight, transparent reporting and extended safety monitoring.

They also argue that emergency public health decisions must remain open to scientific reassessment as new evidence emerges, warning that accelerated regulatory processes should not come at the expense of established toxicological safeguards or independent scrutiny.

The review identified 11 major unresolved risks with mRNA gene therapy:

  1. The potential disruption of cell metabolism and immunity
  2. Risk of nonspecific cell targeting
  3. Accurate measurement of dose and duration of spike protein production
  4. The potential inflammatory risk of lipid-nanoparticles, and concerns about their quality control, colloidal stability and dispersion of vaccine preparations
  5. Potential risk of excretion of modRNA and spike protein
  6. Proper risk assessment of the interactions between exosomes, noninfectious viral particles and LNP
  7. Potential associations with cancer
  8. Reports suggesting the possibility of genomic integration
  9. Potential reproductive risks
  10. Questions regarding possible platform-specific myocardial toxicity
  11. Uncertainty regarding the long-term effects of booster-induced IgG4 subclass switching

  2. So to the self serving morons who thought (although I doubt thinking is their strong suit) that pushing this on the public, whilst enjoying “exemptions”, would save them. Guess what? People piss, they sweat, they shed skin and cells. It all makes it way into the environment and the the food chain. So you smug clowns get a dose too! As do those of us smart enough to see the danger. Thanks for that btw.
