Diddy to remain in jail despite new bail appeal, Trial set for May 2025

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs appeared dejected in court as his legal team secured a May 2025 trial date, while his third bid for bail remains under consideration.

The rapper has spent three weeks in jail following his arrest on sex trafficking and racketeering charges, with over 120 victims reportedly coming forward.

Despite offering to surrender his passport, sell his private jet, and use his $48 million home as collateral, previous bail requests have been denied.

Diddy’s family, including his 84-year-old mother Janice, were present in court for a brief emotional reunion, wrote the Daily Mail UK. He continues to maintain his innocence as he prepares to face trial in the spring.
