‘Europe is finished’: EU leaders labelled a ‘bunch of moronic clowns’

French-Polish economist Daniel Foubert has launched a scathing denunciation of Europe’s political elite, accusing them of incompetence, hypocrisy, and detachment from the people they claim to serve.

In a tweet that has gone viral, Foubert wrote, “A bunch of moronic clowns is ruining our continent. They wear suits, speak ten languages, and can’t fix a single problem. They smile while cities rot, issue press releases as borders collapse, and hold summits while our power grids fail and our streets burn.”

He continued, “They have no courage, no competence, no connection to the people they claim to serve. Just fake credentials, fake values, and a grotesque sense of self-importance. They talk about climate while flying private. About solidarity while crushing farmers. About democracy while ignoring every vote that goes against them.”

Foubert said Europe’s leaders have transformed the continent into “a theme park for NGOs, a dumping ground for failed ideologies, and a doormat for every foreign interest.” He added, “They protect no one, inspire no one, and fear only irrelevance — which is the only thing they’ve earned.”

Concluding his message, Foubert stated, “These people are not leaders. They are parasites in tailored clothing, feeding on the ruins of a civilisation they neither understand nor deserve to represent. And unless they are removed — completely, permanently, without apology — Europe is finished.”

The post has sparked intense debate online, with supporters praising his blunt criticism and opponents condemning the tone and message.

  1. Most european agree with this description of our corrupt, inept ” elites”. They are indeed parasites in need to be removed or rather to be destroyed

    • The problem is, like almost everywhere else, that that corruption is systemically ingrained, because at the end of the day, corrupt systems have developed mechanisms for self-protection and self-survival, and that means remedy can only happen after the demise of the corrupted host.
Throughout history this process is called ‘revolution’.

  2. Just like New Zealand. Seems to be a Western trend to elect the worst of people and parties, to office. Doesn’t say much about the average voter, either.

  3. But why are they like this? where does their loyalty lie? Who controls them? are we so financial indebted that we are enthralled to those that hold the note? The Banks?
