Malaysian court acquits prominent doctor in COVID jab case

Dr. Roland Victor, a prominent Malaysian physician and founder of The KL Sky Clinic, was acquitted yesterday by the Sessions Court in Sepang, ending a four-year legal battle over his stance on COVID-19 gene therapies, marketed to the public as ‘vaccines’.

The case, which began in the early days of the pandemic, had become a flashpoint in Malaysia’s public health debate. Dr. Victor was charged after voicing concerns about the mainstream media “safe and effective” narrative surrounding mRNA vaccines, a move that drew support across the country and beyond.

The court dismissed all charges against Dr. Victor, citing lack of evidence. Supporters hailed the decision as a victory for medical freedom and science.

In a statement delivered outside the courtroom, Dr. Victor said:

“…And this goes out to the world that after four years of debating scientific evidence in court in Malaysia, we finally won our case. And this is a big victory for people around the world, including Malaysians, who were not given the right information, medical information, freedom of information, during the whole process of the vaccination process. So the court has upheld, I am freed, I’m a free man. After four years being on trial, we managed to put all the scientific evidence, all the documents in court, and today the court has upheld the decision that I am free…”

Dr. Victor’s case had drawn international attention and highlighted growing tensions between public health bureaucrats and individuals questioning official legacy media narratives. The ruling is expected to have far-reaching implications for medical dissent and freedom of speech in Malaysia.

  1. So they were “debating scientific evidence in court in Malaysia” – this is exactly what should happen in a courtroom.

Why do NZ courts refuse to allow such “scientific evidence” to be debated in our own courtrooms here?

When will justice ever return to the NZ Courts?

A robust functioning judiciary is vital to a healthy democracy. If our courtrooms don’t function properly in NZ then we do not have a democracy in NZ.

Well done to the Malaysian doctor.

    • Ironic to say that, given how notoriously corrupt Malaysia has always been (see 1MDB). Just shows how far backwards NZ has gone.

      • When was the last time you were in Malaysia? A lot of Asian nations have cleaned up their game, whereas we have become more and more, of a swamp…..
