A West Australian toddler missing for three weeks has been found alive and well.
Cleo Smith’s disappearance had captivated the nation since she was snatched from a campsite.

A 36-year old Carnarvon man has been arrested and is currently being held in custody. Cleo was found in a bedroom in the suspects house.
According to Detective Superintendent Rod Wilde, the kidnapping was opportunistic and the suspect was not a known child sex offender. Police are expected to lay charges today.
