The Pfizer COVID jab was “safe and effective” – safe from liability and effective in causing serious harm, says US virologist.
New research is reigniting debate over the safety of Pfizer’s COVID-19 mRNA “vaccine”, with critics pointing to mounting data that raises serious questions about long-term health risks.
A pre-print study co-authored by Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo has estimated that the Pfizer shot may have contributed to over 470,000 excess deaths in the U.S. during 2021 alone. The study, which analyzed mortality data from over a million Florida Medicaid recipients, found a 36% higher all-cause mortality rate—excluding COVID-19—among Pfizer recipients compared to those who received Moderna’s vaccine.
Epidemiologist Nicolas Hulscher, who has been reviewing vaccine data since the pandemic began, described the estimate as “conservative” and warned that the true toll could be even higher. Beyond mortality, concerns have been raised about potential reproductive effects. One Turkish animal study linked mRNA vaccines to a significant loss of ovarian reserves in rats, a finding Hulscher suggests could signal risks to human fertility. A separate study from the Czech Republic found a 33% drop in successful pregnancies among vaccinated women.
Neurological and psychiatric risks are also under scrutiny. Hulscher cited a massive safety analysis of 85 million individuals that linked mRNA vaccines to a doubling in stroke risk after the second dose. Other studies have flagged increased rates of psychosis, cognitive decline, and neuropsychiatric conditions following vaccination—outcomes far more prevalent than those linked to traditional flu vaccines.
Critics say the growing volume of adverse event signals warrants serious attention. Hulscher and others are calling for transparent investigations and a re-evaluation of mass vaccination strategies as new concerns emerge over long-term health and societal implications.
