The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal has found Sydney GP My Le Trinh guilty of unsatisfactory professional conduct and professional misconduct over a range of concerns relating to patients treated during the so-called Covid-19 pandemic.

The NSW Medical Council suspended Dr Trinh in October 2021 over complaints claiming she was providing vaccine exemptions and prescribing prednisone and ivermectin.

Dr Trinh claimed the complaints were part of a politically motivated witch hunt by the HCCC, noting she had never had a complaint filed against her in her 27-year career as a GP.

Stage 2 hearings to determine protective orders, including whether she can continue to practise, are scheduled for a later date. Read more at News.com.au and HCCC.nsw.gov.au.

The same should happen here in NZ- NZDSOS already has the info and could file a complaint docket at any time!
