Federal agents arrested Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan after she allegedly obstructed law enforcement efforts to detain an undocumented immigrant facing multiple battery and violence charges.
FBI Director Kash Patel praised the agents’ swift action in apprehending the suspect despite Dugan’s attempts to interfere, saying that her obstruction endangered public safety.
According to the FBI, Dugan became hostile toward immigration agents, left the bench to argue with them, and then tried to help the suspect escape through a side door meant for jurors.
Alert agents apprehended the individual after a brief chase.
Supporters have praised Patel’s firm stance saying that no one, including activist judges, are above the law.
Dugan now faces serious charges carrying up to six years in prison, amid growing concerns that politically motivated judges are undermining immigration enforcement and public safety.

Let the ‘Judge’ get a dose of J-6 torture detention for at least 4 years…since her ilk of Demoncrat Judges orchestrated the illegal detention and imprisonment of the J-6 Patriots.
BTW…Obama’s 2008 law titled the ‘National Defense Authorization Act’ (NDAA) contains ‘indefinite detention without crime or trial’ – absolutely illegal under the U.S. Constitution !
No President since then has overturned this, nor has the U.S. Supreme Court…!
