US launches review of AUKUS submarine deal

The United States has initiated a review of the AUKUS submarine pact with the UK and Australia, aiming to ensure the multibillion-dollar deal aligns with President Trump’s “America First” agenda.

Under the 2021 agreement, Australia is set to receive nuclear-powered submarines from the US before jointly developing a new fleet with shared technology.

While Australia and the UK have downplayed the probe as a standard reassessment under a new administration, it follows US pressure for increased military spending from allies.

Critics question the feasibility of the US supplying submarines given its stretched capacity, and some suggest the deal may shift toward sharing alternative long-range weapons technology.

  1. The takeaway here is “US pressure for increased military spending from allies”. They are planning a war and war it shall be.

Inline with equal opportunity, I believe it is right and fitting women in equal numbers are drafted and are deployed to the front lines.

It seems however, drones can travel much further than the front lines.
