I don’t f****** think so’: Demi Moore chastises heckler

At the mfAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala in Cap d’Antibes this week in France 61-year-old Moore f-bombed the introduction for singer Cher.

The event held on Thursday saw the Ghost star commend Cher, 78, with a tribute that briefly took a fiery turn.

The scene was captured on video shared by Ramin Setoodeh on X, and began with Moore setting the stage for a significant moment. ‘I’m going to see if this is the moment we’ve all been waiting for,’ she announced, ensuring the audience’s full attention. She highlighted Cher’s impressive accolades: a Grammy, an Oscar, and an Emmy, among others.

However, an interruption from the back of the room seemed to momentarily disrupt Moore.

Visibly annoyed, she addressed the disruptor with a sharp retort, ‘Are you an Emmy winner over there in the back of the room? I f*****g don’t think so,’ drawing a mixture of gasps and applause from the crowd.

Moore quickly regained her composure, continuing her praises of Cher as a style icon and a source of personal inspiration. She reminded everyone that Cher had previously received amfAR’s Award of Inspiration in 2015, confirmning her status as one of the most accomplished performers in the industry.

With a dramatic pause, Moore scanned the audience before warmly inviting them to welcome ‘the incredible, one and only, Cher.’
