Shane Ngakuru, a member of the Comancheros gang, has pleaded guilty to FBI charges for distributing encrypted ANOM devices used by criminals worldwide for drug trafficking and money laundering.

Unaware that ANOM was secretly run by law enforcement, Ngakuru promoted and sold the devices, enabling the importation of large quantities of cocaine and methamphetamine.

Operation Trojan Shield, dubbed “the sting of the century”, led to around 1,200 arrests and the confiscation of over 12 tonnes of cocaine, three tonnes of methamphetamine or amphetamines, and 17 tonnes of precursor chemicals. Authorities also seized 300 firearms and approximately $100 million in cash and assets.

Ngakuru was arrested in Thailand in 2022 and extradited to the U.S., where he now faces sentencing in April.

    Preposterous
Why isn’t something being done about this fake treaty that has been adulterated – altered to include customary fish rights and forestry not included in the original article to grease these interlopers through the hoop?
