Dr Matt Shelton, an NZDSOS doctor who has warned Kiwis about Covid-19 gene-therapy shots and defended informed consent, is currently facing a two-week Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal hearing.
The process has been referred to by supporters as a punitive bid to deregister one of the last outspoken physicians after years of public education and his support for the vaccine-injured.
Author Mary Hobbs said Shelton upheld the Hippocratic Oath, Nuremberg Code and the Bill of Rights, while authorities, media and the Medical Council suppressed dissent.
Dr Emmanuel Garcia called the Medical Council’s action part of a long “witch hunt” that harassed and ended the careers of doctors who challenged official policy.

Council chairperson Kenneth Clark said members were appointed by the Minister of Health Simeon Brown under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act and that “the decision about who is appointed to Council rests with the Minister”. “The Medical Council plays a vital role in protecting the health and safety of New Zealanders by ensuring practitioners are fit and competent to practice, and I thank each of the appointees for their commitment to patients,” Mr Brown says.
So, you are considered “fit and competent” recommending a bio-weapon masquerading as a safe and effective vaccine and an “enemy of the state” if you don’t.
This disciplinary tribunal smacks of court martial! Is Dr Shelton allowed his own lawyer or must he stand in the dock alone? I’m an img specialist in oncology. Despite a severe shortage of oncologist and “death by wait list” seemingly being official government policy, I was targeted by the Mcnz and various colleagues for the crime of speaking out on the addition of a mining waste product to our water (fluorosicic acid), and reducing the wait list of the dhb which was subversively tied to its funding. There were other causes of targeting, and like Dr Shelton, whom I esteem highly, none of the targeting had anything to do with a legitimate patient complaint or “protecting the public”. I invested much to make NZ my home and was privileged to look after many wonderful people here until I gave up my registration in 2020 instead of participating in ongoing medical tyranny. The Mcnz is the enforcement arm of the corporate fascist state of New Zealand. This was unmasked during the Covid error. Dr Shelton and all the others who stood against the Covid narrative are the canaries in the mine. The lethal gas of censorship awaits us all if we continue to be indifferent as a society to the trampling of the fundamental rights embodied in the Nzbora.
