The Australian Medical Professional Society (AMPS) sent a letter to members on 11 January warning medical professionals of indemnity risks.
AMPS was founded in 2021 with a mission to take back the practice of medicine from government bureaucrats and existing medical associations like AHPRA.
The letter alerted doctors and nurses who may administer the Covid-19 vaccines that recent correspondence from government advisers confirmed a medical indemnity scheme for health professionals administering the COVID-19 vaccines has not been set up.
The letter contains direct links to referenced correspondence and provides notice of health professional’s obligations, rights, and potential risks.
AMPS advised members to share the letter ‘as a means to inform colleagues of the potential liability risks associated with participation in the provisionally approved COVID-19 Vaccination rollout.’
The subject line of the correspondence reads, ‘Administering of COVID-19 vaccination is likely not an indemnified action – this is notice of your obligations, rights, and potential risks.’
It noted:
‘Unlike the case with manufacturers of COVID-19 vaccines, there appears to be no government liability protection beyond the vaccine injury ‘COVID-19 vaccine claims scheme’.
AMPS encouraged members to refuse providing or directly participating ‘in treatments to which you conscientiously object’, as set out in section 3.4.6 of the Good Medical Practice Code of Conduct.
Maybe this will shake a few MD’s into reality and they will start seeing they have a problem and to investigate the issues surrounding the “vaccine.” And if perhaps a few of them were sued (and the types of claim can be varied) it hit the courts and was picked up by the media, then they also will get a shot of reality and the truth of what’s really going on.
When doctors understand that they are in the gun, not the government, which is of itself bloody appalling, it could be a watershed moment for a return to honesty in medicine. Either way it is hopefully going to get a headline or two…
