Model and businesswoman Katie Price has come under fire from angry neighbours over her behaviour at her £2 million ‘mucky mansion,’ which is set to be seized by the courts in a matter of weeks following her second bankruptcy.
Residents of Dial Post, near her £2 million property, have voiced concerns that the country home is becoming an ‘eyesore.’
Some locals express frustration with the ongoing ‘dramas’ at the mansion, citing loud music, barking dogs, and vans blocking public roads.
Additionally, Horsham District Council has recently closed a five-year enforcement investigation into some of Price’s renovations at the property. However, one local has urged council officials to reexamine the case.
Price purchased the sprawling West Sussex house in 2014. The property includes 12.25 acres of land, a swimming pool, tennis courts, stables, and paddocks.
Photos reveal that the property is in a state of disrepair, with an overgrown garden, a swimming pool covered in moss and grime, and litter scattered across the grounds.
One resident lamented, ‘We’re sick to death of the constant drama. She doesn’t come into the village anymore because she knows we don’t like the way she lives. I wish she’d move.’
A pensioner walking his dog on the village green added, ‘She simply doesn’t live by any code of conduct or restraint. She is reckless in just about everything she does.
‘My wife and I worry when we drive past the entrance to her house because you never know if she’ll come tearing out onto the road in one of her pink cars,’ he said, referencing an incident when Price flipped her car while banned from driving.
