Welsh council adds King Arthur to LGBTQ history timeline

The Council backed up the ‘woke’ move with a legend of Arthur wearing women’s clothing.

A Welsh council has sparked debate by including the legendary King Arthur in an LGBTQ history timeline, referencing a tale in which the mythical ruler wore women’s clothing.

The Denbighshire Council’s educational resource, part of an LGBTQ+ history and language training program, cites a Welsh legend where Arthur dressed in women’s attire to visit a girl in Ruthin.
