Prince Harry met King Charles at Clarence House in London on Wednesday, marking their first face-to-face meeting since February.
The private 50-minute tea was seen as a step toward repairing their strained relationship, which has been marked by distance and tension since the King’s cancer diagnosis last year.
Harry, in the UK for charity events, described his father as “great” afterward, while Buckingham Palace declined further comment.
The Duke of Sussex has previously expressed a desire for reconciliation, though no meeting with Prince William took place during this visit. Harry will return to the US on Thursday to rejoin Meghan and their children.

A whole 50 minutes… of awkward.
