Naked man on dog leash filmed in New Plymouth

New Plymouth news

A bizarre and disturning video of a naked man acting like a dog and being led around a location in New Plymouth has emerged on X (Twitter).

Video of the incident and a screenshot of a New Plymouth Community Facebook post was shared this evening by @adnanbelushi.

The scratchy footage shows the man on all fours following two women near a body of water.

The Facebook post called out the ‘sick behaviour’ and asked if anyone else had seen it, or if it had been reported to police. The incident was said to have taken place at Lake Rotomanu at around 1.30pm.

  1. Hey, what about the self-identification people like these Karens always proclaim?
Dog was on a lead, so what?
    Didn’t even pull.
Didn’t even bark at ya, did it?

  2. Lucky he was on a lead Council would have caught him and put him in the pound then probably neutered him then you would hear him barking

  3. But here’s the REAL question; was he ‘VACCINATED’???? Or even de-flea’d
    Is he micro-chipped?
Was he being followed via GPS?
Or, is this a side effect of Covid Vaccines and boosters and / or 5G?
Has his Council Doggie Licence been paid for the year?
    Did they pick-up his poo?
I’ll bet that the women are employed in some high-powered CEO job, and are exercising their ‘Dominance’ over the thonged creature…!
