News of Jacinda Ardern’s move to Australia come after media reports and a local real estate website claimed the former NZ prime minister had been house hunting for properties in Sydney’s upmarket northern beaches.
According to RealEstate.com.au, Ardern and husband Clarke Gayford were seen looking at homes for sale in Curl Curl and Freshwater.
The website puts the median price for homes in Curl Curl at AUD$4.1 million (NZD$4.8m) with a growth of 6 percent in the last 12 months.
In Freshwater, RealEstate.com.au said the median price was $3.9m.
In a statement, a spokesman for Ardern said her family had been travelling “for a few years now”.
“For the moment they’re basing themselves out of Australia – they have work there, and it brings the added bonus of more time back home in New Zealand.”

I believe Ardern is ashamed of herself. She is hiding from being yelled at in the streets. There is no use for her politically or otherwise . Those millions will buy her a nice place to live, nice things to have. Ardern knows her actions are unforgivable. I am surprised Hipkins hasn’t been rolled. That may still happen.
The outcomes for most New Zealanders has been harsh. Low employment. Various medical problems and early deaths. No government is going to acknowledge the poisonous covid jabs while this generation is still alive.
