Health NZ whistleblower Barry Young says court proceedings over his protected disclosure have been adjourned until February 2026, with the case continuing under closed-court conditions.
In a statement on social media. Young said the Crown had declined to concede that his actions constituted a protected disclosure after “a gruelling couple of days” in court. He said the adjournment effectively extends restrictions on what he can publicly say about the case, describing the process as a “trial within a trial”.
Young is whistleblowing against the Government and has accused authorities of acting unreasonably by prolonging the proceedings. He said the case has already consumed years of time and millions of dollars in public funds.
Despite the setback, Young expressed confidence in the outcome, saying the process being applied to him could not be repeatedly used against other whistleblowers and that he believes the facts ultimately support his position.

NZ Jewdicial system, especially the family court system, is the biggest failure for the people of Godzone.
Many judges are corrupt, morally or even in other ways.
Where are our political leaders?

The court was closed because Barrys evidence proves many of the 2100 different types of vaccines were designed to cause death over time, some sooner, some later, some not at all.
Remember when a bottle of this went missing? The whole NZ police force were put on red alert to find it.

Authorities have been caught red-handed. Undeniable proof, unwashed evidence. It is as pure and simple. Now why is it the government has to prosecute an innocent man?
It is criminal to prosecute anyone who raises the alarm. Injecting someone with poisonous substances. WFT is that?

In my view the Judge will discharge Barry Young and make an order for permanent name suspension for all content and himself. The case is about if Barry broke the law by sharing government details about the harm and deaths. Barry did not reveal name , gender, age location.
Just like the dude who was shot in the head, the deaths will be labelled covivd deaths.
It is not about the near 2000 diffeent formulas. It is not about genocide.
