Jesse Shane Kempson is currently behind bars for at least 17 years for the Englishwoman’s murder.
Kempson’s appeal relates to the convictions and sentences he received for the physical and sexual abuse of two women he met on Tindr.
The first victim was a British woman he met on the dating app. After spending a night in town he drove her to an Epsom motel where he raped her. She came forward after recognising Kempson in Grace Millane news reports.
The second victim was a short-term partner who claimed Kempson subjected her to numerous acts of violence and sexual abuse, including threatening to kill her and her family. Her original complaint to police was made in 2017, and police revisited the investigation following Kempson’s charges in the Millane case.
The Court of Appeal will hear the appeal in the High Court at Auckland tomorrow.
Bring back the death penalty

Whether in fact the victim is returned alive or not

Was just going to say bring back the death penalty. Sociopaths like this are depleting the oxygen.
Sorry, the government is too busy killing off grandma and grandpa with their “end of life” programmes.
But please hold the line, your call is super duper important to them.
