Eliana Golberstein, also known as ‘Eli Rubashkyn’ has admitted two common assault charges.
The charges relate to pouring tomato juice on women’s rights campaigner Kellie-Jay Keen-Minshull (‘Posie Parker’), and event organiser Tania Sturt.
The incident took place on March 25 last year at the Albert Park band rotunda. Golberstein pled guilty via audio-visual link before Judge Claire Ryan, who set a sentencing date of September 2. Golberstein’s lawyer indicated he will be applying for a discharge without conviction. The maximum penalty for the charges is six months in prison or a $4000 fine.

It is corrupt to the core, and that core is the Family Court system, because it deals with the core of society, families, and is totally removed from public view.
