A 28 year-old man has been arrested following a police raid on a property in Tannery Road, Meeanee, Napier yesterday.
Police found 20 unlicenced firearms and hundreds of rounds of ammunition, as well as a quantity of drugs were uncovered. The illegal drug stash included Methamphetamine, MDMA and cannabis.
The 28 year-old is due to appear in the Napier District Court on 21 October 2021.
Another man at the address has been served with a revocation notice in relation to his firearms licence.
