A disturbing push to redefine human rights laws, and create frameworks for education and society internationally, has been exposed by Penny Marie, founder of New Zealand parent
advocacy group, Let Kids Be Kids.
Strategic lobbying efforts have been deployed in a global push to change human rights laws. In particular the creation of the ‘Yogyakarta Principles’, via the United Nations, along with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) frameworks. This undermines sex-based rights in sports, schools, public spaces and workplaces. The analysis has shown international funding impacting legislation not only in an international context but also at a local level.
“There has been a decades-long multi-pronged attack on biological reality and the family unit,” said Penny. “International non-governmental organisations, through government-funded agencies and charities, lobby the government for policies that undermine biology and parental rights.”
There are significant concerns about the recent Law Commission recommendations to add gender identity as a protected ground in the Human Rights Act.
“This is not a ‘civil rights’ movement”, explains Penny. “There is nothing ‘civil’ about them. We mustn’t let the ‘few’ silence the many. It is the opposite of ‘kindness’ and ‘inclusion’.
“People are treated with disdain if they dare to question ‘gender identity’ and the flow-on impact of law and policy changes related to the related community,” she said.
‘Relationships and sexuality education’ (RSE) schoolroom lessons across New Zealand appear to have had little or no changes to the course content, despite the removal by the Ministry of Education (MOE) of the RSE Guidelines in April this year. “The new RSE framework currently being written is also of concern due to the international documents the MOE are drawing on to develop them”, said Penny.
She emphasised the need to protect future generations from what she describes as an “ideological takeover.”
Let Kids Be Kids calls for investigations into DEI policies, ‘rainbow’ charity funding, media bias, and the roles of the Human Rights Commission, Ministry of Education, and Ministry of Health in enforcing these policies upon the entire population under the guides of them being ‘stigmatised and discriminated’.

The most important facet of this sick ideology and the area where the activists have made the most progress is right down the bottom of the pyramid, but it should be near the top – Social Conditioning.
Without social conditioning, society wouldn’t have lost its collective mind so completely and without first laying the social conditioning groundwork, most of their efforts to lobby governments and NGOs etc wouldn’t have got off the ground.

I have recently seen reference to a study indicating that rates of trans identification , LGBT/queer are falling in young people. I wonder if this is an indication that the hysteria is beginning to wane? Trans people have always been with us of course, but in more recent times there has been a veritable explosion, resembling some of the well known hysterias such as tulip mania, satanic ritual abuse, much of the covid response etc. This hysteria has been fuelled by the pharmaceutical industries and stupid irresponsible doctors out to make a name and a niche for themselves. How many males with titties and females with beards are now saying oh shit, that was a phase I was going through and discovering that despite the rhetoric, the interventions can’t just be undone? Some of those who have been fuelling this should be hung out to dry, but I won’t be holding my breath.
There are only two genders. We do however, have a bunch of people who do not fit in to society. Not getting enough attention or acceptance from the opposite gendar is the likely cause of switching gendar. The encouragement and in your face normalisation along with the fear of prosecution for not accepting is unhelpful.
