Israel has accused Iran of violating a newly brokered ceasefire just two hours after it was agreed with US and Qatari mediation.

Israeli Defence Minister Israel Katz pledged a forceful response with strikes targeting the heart of Tehran, following reports of missile launches from Iran—claims Tehran has yet to address.

Confusion has taken hold throughout the day with US President Donald Trump announcing a ceasefire on social media, only to be contradicted hours later by Iran’s Foreign Minister.

Iran had earlier said it would honour the ceasefire if Israel did the same. Overnight, both nations experienced significant escalation, with Tehran hit hard and four people reported killed in Israel. Tensions remain high after Iran’s earlier missile attack on a US airbase in retaliation for strikes on its nuclear sites.

  1. Wouldn’t the whole world be better off with israhell, the global terrorist since it’s inception and actually long before, being wiped off the face of the earth?
Better an end with horror than horror without end.
