A person was seriously injured after being repeatedly stabbed during an apparent attempted robbery near Manurewa Railway Station in Auckland early this morning.
Police say the victim, who was waiting in the area around 1.20am, was approached by a stranger who carried out the हमला and tried to steal their backpack before fleeing when a bystander intervened by driving towards the scene.
The victim was taken to hospital in a serious condition, while a 24-year-old man has been charged with wounding with intent and is set to appear in court. Authorities clarified that no public transport services were operating at the time, disputing claims the victim was a passenger.
Local councillor Matt Winiata described the incident as deeply concerning, highlighting ongoing safety worries in the area and calling for stronger measures to ensure people feel secure, particularly at night.
Purely economic reasons…
The Govt. dont care about the collateral damage on the street or those stuggling to survive there. They are all self serving free loaders at the expense of the taxpayer. One day in the not too distant future it is all going to blow up in their face. The people living in their $1M houses can hardly afford their Rates and Insurance costs with some Banks out on a limb with Mortgage Defaults. Equity COs such as the like of Blackrock will end up owning them and renting them back to you. You know why ? Because a lot of Councils are heavily indebted to those Equity COs and a special thanks to a former PM so is the Govt to the tune of $1T. When your local Council heaven forbid ever defaults on their loans, those outfits like Blackrock are going to come looking for wood. Your house. Then you will have a choice renting the house you used to own for more than your mortgage or living in the street fighting every second of the day for survival. When the interest on those Govt. loans exceeds NZs GDP sell your house real quick dont haggle just take anything you can get for it and scram to SE Asia real fast. You dont believe this is not your future ? well when it does happen it will be too late. With all the young upcoming educated people leaving the country and only pensioners and parents with very young children left what do you think the end game will be ?
