A police officer has been stood down and several others are under investigation after an internal audit of staff internet use uncovered inappropriate material on police-issued devices.

The review was launched following the resignation of former Deputy Commissioner Jevon McSkimming, who faces charges of possessing objectionable material.

Acting Deputy Commissioner Jill Rogers said the officer’s conduct involved “inappropriate, but not objectionable” content, and further cases are being reviewed by the National Integrity Unit.

Police Commissioner Richard Chambers said the misconduct was detected through new monitoring measures introduced after a rapid review revealed weaknesses in technology oversight, inconsistent policy enforcement, and inadequate monitoring of user activity. The review has led to calls for tighter controls, better filtering, and stronger governance of police information systems.

  1. The Christchurch Mosque Attacks video was deemed as being “objectionable”.
Which was a vain attempt to legitimize it.
    By banning it.
When anybody with two functioning brain cells is immediately struck with the fact that it had more holes than a block of Swiss cheese – and didn’t make any sense.
Won’t bother listing them here – didn’t bring a big lunch.
153 News has been shut down.
But the “Schoosting Christchurch” video is on Odysee somebody told me.
Schoosting is the name given to a fake shooting using fake guns.
As such proven to be through online forensic analysis and examination.
This fake “Schoosting” – a fake plandemic scamdemic featuring a virus that as such does not exist – along with the International Finance Agreement 1962 with its associated “chem trails” package deal.
Will go down in infamy as being NZ’s darkest days.

    • That’s what the commish wants you to infer, when really “inappropriate” could just mean that he liked a Trump tweet or a Sydney Sweeney bikini or something else benign.

The woke crusaders in this country see everything as an “existential” crisis 😒

Thats why they word everything vaguely so as not to incur our laughter and mockery that they so richly deserve.
