PSG reach Club World Cup semis amid drama, red cards, and Musiala injury blow

Paris St-Germain advanced to the Club World Cup semi-finals with a 2-0 win over Bayern Munich in a heated clash overshadowed by a serious ankle injury to Jamal Musiala and two red cards for PSG.

Desire Doue broke the deadlock in the 78th minute before Ousmane Dembele sealed the result in stoppage time, despite PSG going down to nine men after dismissals for Willian Pacho and Lucas Hernandez.

The match saw key VAR interventions, including two disallowed goals and an overturned penalty for Bayern.

The game also marked an emotional farewell for Bayern veteran Thomas Muller, who made his final appearance after 17 years with the club.
