Joe Biden’s $1 trillion infrastructure bill has been passed by the House of Representatives, with House Democrats and 13 Republicans supporting the measure.
The ‘Build Back Better Act’ was voted in 228-206, with the President reportedly working tirelessly behind the scenes to get the bill across the line. Six progressive representatives opposed the bill, citing health care, educational and environmental concerns.
I am urging all members to vote for both the rule for consideration of the Build Back Better Act and final passage of the Bipartisan Infrastructure bill tonight.
I am confident that during the week of November 15, the House will pass the Build Back Better Act. pic.twitter.com/j9utx4dxSu
