A Dutch court in Leeuwarden has heard explosive allegations accusing several high-profile global figures—including Bill Gates, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, World Economic Forum Chair Klaus Schwab, and former Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte—of conspiracy, bioterrorism, and crimes against humanity in connection with the international COVID-19 response.
The preliminary hearing, held this week, was initiated by lawyer Peter Stassen, who submitted nearly 200 documents of evidence on behalf of clients claiming to have been harmed by the COVID-19 vaccine rollout.
To add to the drama, Stassen’s co-counsel, Arno van Kessel was arrested the previous day after submitting key legal documents, reportedly blindfolded and detained in a maximum-security prison. No formal charges have been announced, prompting concerns over due process and intimidation.

During proceedings, Stassen requested that the court hear testimony from key witnesses including former Pfizer VP Dr. Mike Yeadon, financial expert Catherine Austin Fitts, and Alexandra Latypova, a pharmaceutical industry veteran. The request was strongly opposed by eight lawyers representing the defendants, who sought to dismiss the proposed experts as unqualified.
Stassen accused the defendants of “biowarfare, genocide, mass murder, deceit, and assault.” He criticised opposing counsel for failing to address the substance of his allegations, instead repeating official narratives such as the vaccines being “safe and effective”—a phrase he said has been discredited by data and excess mortality figures.
The case, although largely ignored by legacy mainstream media, has sparked intense online interest. Independent reporter Jim Ferguson, who attended the hearing, described the scene as historic and potentially the beginning of a global legal reckoning. “This case doesn’t just question the vaccine narrative—it challenges the entire global agenda,” Ferguson reported.
A final judgment is expected by 20 August 2025.
