A civil lawsuit in the Netherlands involving Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, Pfizer chief executive Albert Bourla, former Dutch prime minister Mark Rutte and several other defendants is proceeding before the District Court of the Northern Netherlands in Leeuwarden.
According to information circulated on social media, the plaintiffs say they suffered injuries following COVID-19 ‘vaccination’ and are seeking to hold the defendants legally responsible.
Dutch lawyer Peter E. Stassen is leading the proceedings, which also name the Dutch State and 13 other parties.
Case number C/17/190788 / HA ZA 23-172 has a hearing date of 22 October 2026 at 12.30pm.
The case centres around the argument that COVID-19 jabs constitute biological weapons and have caused widespread deaths and disabilities.
