The European Commission has escalated scrutiny of Elon Musk’s platform X after reports that its Grok AI chatbot generated illegal content involving children, ordering the company to preserve all internal documents and data related to the model through 2026.
EU officials said Grok had produced anti-Semitic material and sexualised imagery of minors, prompting concerns about compliance with EU law and the need to secure evidence.
The move follows reports of a “digital undressing” trend in which users prompted the chatbot to alter images of real women and girls without consent, despite xAI’s stated policies banning such content.
The issue has drawn intervention from U.K. authorities and French ministers, while Grok has acknowledged safeguards failures and promised fixes, adding to broader tensions between Brussels and Musk’s platform after a recent €120 million fine under the Digital Services Act.
Textbook BS-101 from the EU.
“Think of the children!!! 😱”
As if we don’t all already know what the Bureaucrats get up to in Amsterdam and in Davos and on weird rich peoples’ private islands.
Elon and Orange man just need to send a couple of hydrogen bombs to the centre of Brussels and be done with these parasites and their one world government BS. The human race would be better off.
