A new bill introduced in the Minnesota House of Representatives by Rep. Shane Mekeland seeks to classify mRNA-based injections, including COVID-19 “vaccines”, as bioweapons under existing state law.
The bill, authored by Dr. Joseph Sansone and supported by various medical and legal professionals, claims that such injections violate existing bioweapons and weapons of mass destruction statutes. If enacted, the bill would create both criminal and civil penalties for failure to enforce these laws, including for self-administered gene therapy products.
The proposed legislation is being described by its advocates as “groundbreaking,” and supporters aim to have similar versions introduced across all 50 U.S. states. According to Sansone, the bill’s introduction in even one state could trigger broader political and legal consequences nationwide. He argues that each new state sponsor adds momentum, applying pressure on other jurisdictions to follow suit.
The initiative is based in part on an affidavit by Dr. Francis Boyle, the legal scholar who authored the 1989 Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act, stating that mRNA nanoparticle injections meet the legal definition of bioweapons under federal law.
Sansone emphasised that the bill is not intended to be partisan and urged supporters to seek backing from legislators of both major parties. He stated that public pressure on state lawmakers, especially in conservative-leaning states, is essential to advancing the proposal. He also hinted at making the bill a major talking point for the 2026 midterm elections if mRNA products remain on the market.

The effective date to make it a crime is 1st August 2025 in paragraph 2.21 and 2.22 of the Minnesota bill – but the genocide has already been in progress over the past 4 years. While this is a great start, more teeth are needed to actually hold the criminals fully accountable.
As I understand the secretary of health Kennedy long with Trump are working on a comprehensive disclosure that will include immediate. arrest and charges for health officials, politicians, government agencies employees including enforcement agencies.
Genocide is a crime without borders.
