Epidemiologist Nicolas Hulscher presented testimony before the Idaho Senate Health and Welfare Committee, arguing for an immediate moratorium on mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines.
Speaking in support of Senate Bill 1036 (S1036), which seeks to suspend the use of such vaccines in the state, Hulscher cited multiple studies that he claimed demonstrate the vaccines are not only ineffective but also pose significant health risks.
Representing the McCullough Foundation, Hulscher referenced data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) and a series of independent studies, asserting that mass COVID-19 vaccination has led to increased mortality, with global vaccine-related deaths potentially exceeding 17 million.
He highlighted findings from 325 autopsies, suggesting a high likelihood of a causal link between vaccination and death, and stated that lipid nanoparticles used in mRNA vaccines distribute modified genetic material throughout the body, triggering toxic spike protein production.
Hulscher further claimed that vaccinated individuals face higher risks of infection compared to the unvaccinated, and raised concerns about DNA contamination in vaccine batches, which he alleged exceed regulatory thresholds. He concluded that the immediate removal of COVID-19 vaccines from the market is necessary to prevent further harm and called for accountability in vaccine policies.
