Watch: Ardern denies she will quit as leader before next election

The PM was talking to Melissa Chan-Green of the AM Show today.

Chan-Green asked Ardern, ‘When we do head into the election campaign period next year, will you still be the leader of the Labour Party?’

‘This rumour has floated around my entire five years in government. I have no plans to change my role as leader. I’m not going anywhere, I’ve said this on this show many times.’

‘Rumours circulate and it’s just part of the nature of the role. It’s not the first time I’ve heard this one and it did come up last election as well.’

Topics discussed:

  • The state of the Defence Force
  • Iran protests
  • Visa processing for overseas workers
  • NZ First’s recent ‘Kingmaker’ polling
  • Leadership rumours

  1. I am sure Jacinda won’t stand down nor ‘change her role here’ but we could say with some element of certainty she ‘will likely accept’ an overseas posting on offer if the polls aren’t going her way prior to the next Election. I can’t imagine Jacinda being happy and staying as the Leader of the opposition!

  2. What she does in politics doesn’t concern me!
What she was ON when being interviewed this morning does!!
Look at the eyes, the broken sentences, the loosing track of conversation, the wringing of the hands.
All classic signs of being under the influence of something. Snowbody knows what tho!!!
And sorry, I would never take into, I’m tired, it’s been a long few days in the Antarctic.
Reason why…. cos this isn’t the first time she has appeared like this.
    Watch carefully.

    • I went back and enlarged the video, her pupils appeared lot bigger than they should have been under lights. Her body language has certainly become more erratic in recent months. She’s under pressure and shows it. Mothers Little Helper..? No doubt.

  3. Based on her lies and 180s over the past two years “I’m not going anywhere..” means she is going. Any takers…? ????

  4. Her political ship has sailed. No one will trust her again. Through her own lies and spins, the people of this nation are done with her. We will never forget what happened to us all over the last 2 years. Her global ideology’s and deceit to steer our country into a nwo , through wef and United Nations will be met with resistance. Her reluctance and hesitancy to be transparent have also sealed her fate. It’s a privilege to lead a nation not a right. We the people have not been the focus of this government it’s been more like her the supreme leader. She is a groomer, untrustworthy, and anti freedom . She can talk… but no one will listen.

  5. Squatters must be forced out. ⏩⏩⏩
If we dont, they will claim full ownership. ???????????? Globalist minions????????????????????????
