‘Dig In At Marsden’ seeking signatures for representative lawsuit

Dig In At Marsden petition news

The Dig In At Marsden campaign is seeking 30,000 signatures.

The purpose of the petition is set out on the Dig In At Marsden website:

‘The Dig In At Marsden is implementing a signature collection campaign for a Class Action Suit, otherwise known as a Representative Action lawsuit. This will likely be against past and present members of Refining NZ and Channel Infrastructure’s Management.

‘We have secured evidence that several individuals have engaged in financial mismanagement. We believe that they have done this to diminish the financial viability of refining capabilities. We believe that this is being done internationally to create a scarcity of fuel supply.’

People wishing to sign the petition can do so here.

Pothole Plague

New Zealanders would also have noticed the number of potholes plaguing roads up and down the country recently.

Dig In At Marsden leaders say the problem is a direct result of the poor quality bitumen in use since the closure of the refinery. Supporters are asked to comment on National MP Simeon Brown’s latest Facebook post for his #Potholeoftheweek campaign with the following comment:

We need to keep the pressure on to get to 30,000 signatures on the representative action petition.

  1. Industrial sabotage. This is a mechanism guaranteed to crash share prices or the operational bank accounts of smaller businesses (same thing really) and scoop them up at bargain basement prices.

    • These days it’s done by accusations of methane emissions or character assassination via your social credit score affecting your credit ratings.
