Three men have been found guilty in the High Court at Auckland of raping a 19-year-old intoxicated tourist from Germany after taking her from a Karangahape Road bar to an isolated Avondale industrial carpark in the early hours of New Year’s Day last year.
CCTV footage and forensic evidence formed the core of the two-and-a-half-week trial, with prosecutors arguing the men acted together to exploit the woman while she was extremely drunk and likely unconscious.
Two of the defendants were convicted on all three rape charges, while the third was convicted of a single rape count. The court ordered the men, who still have name suppression, to be remanded in custody ahead of sentencing scheduled for May.
Oh and why, pray tell, do they still have name suppression?
Stop calling them men, they are dog’s, real men do not take advantage of women, no matter what.

Name who they are and where they are from…and then we can check their immigration / ethnic status, but I think I know where that will lead to…
