Court bailiffs will carry out a nationwide operation targeting motorists with unpaid fines and reparations, with vehicles potentially being clamped, seized and sold if debts remain unresolved.
Justice Minister Paul Goldsmith said every bailiff in the country will spend Thursday scanning the number plates of parked vehicles to identify people with overdue court debts.
Those identified will be given an opportunity to pay or make suitable arrangements. Where that does not happen, vehicles could be clamped or towed and ultimately sold.
“The message to those who owe money is simple — pay your court fines, or you may be walking home,” Goldsmith said.
The nationwide operation follows a trial launched in July last year, when bailiffs began using handheld technology to scan vehicle number plates. The devices have also been deployed at some breath-testing checkpoints.
According to Government figures, 268,829 number plates have been scanned since the programme began, identifying 7,148 people with overdue fines or reparations.
Of those, 1,320 paid their debt immediately and another 561 entered payment arrangements. Bailiffs seized 404 vehicles and clamped another 683.
A total of 184 seized vehicles have subsequently been sold at auction, with another 32 awaiting sale. In other cases, warnings were issued or enforcement action was not taken because of individual circumstances.
Goldsmith said the programme had recovered more than $4.24 million in outstanding fines and reparations as of 14 August.
He said enforcing payment was part of the Government’s wider law-and-order programme and was intended to ensure court-imposed financial penalties were taken seriously.

The New Zealand state can literally get away with murder – and they’re proving it right now.
On March 15, 2019, the Christchurch Mosque attacks shook the nation. Fifty-one people died. The world watched in horror as the ‘livestream’ captured the ‘terrorist act’. Or did it?
A detailed forensic video analysis – conducted outside New Zealand because the evidence itself is banned here – has concluded with absolute certainty: the official video is fake. Staged. Zero real victims visible. Anomalies in recoil, ballistics, blood, injuries, digital manipulation, and replica-style weapons that scream Hollywood production, not raw reality. This isn’t speculation. It’s forensic examination by experts who examined the footage frame by frame.
And what did our government do? They didn’t investigate. They didn’t debate. They banned it. Under the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act, possessing, viewing, or sharing the video became a criminal offence – punishable by up to 14 years in prison. They classified it “objectionable” faster than you can say “damage control.” The manifesto too. Evidence suppressed by decree.
This is the same system that can deem something as benign as a Winnie the Pooh reference or image “objectionable” if it suits their filters. Think about that: cartoon bears can be criminalised, but questioning the state’s narrative on the worst terrorist attack in our history? That’s dangerous thoughtcrime. The people are not allowed to see, judge, or impart the raw evidence for themselves. Free speech, public scrutiny, and the right to evidence? Mocked and crushed.
This is not about protecting the public. This is the system protecting itself. Self-preservation at all costs. Legislation rushed through to censor anything that challenges the official story. Complicity in whatever truly transpired that day is being shielded by the full force of the state apparatus – police, politicians, censors, and compliant media.
Every politician has seen the forensic report. Every major media outlet, including the so-called “alternative” ones. The Police Commissioner. They all received it. With the exception of The Daily Telegraph NZ – Not one has uttered a word. Silence. Complicity by omission. Who exactly are they working for? The public they claim to serve, or the machine that keeps them in power and protected?
The same pattern repeats with the COVID jab rollout. Questions about excess deaths, adverse events, and the aggressive mandates were met with heavy-handed censorship, dismissal of data, and attacks on anyone raising concerns. Official narratives were protected at all costs, while dissenting voices – including those with legitimate data – were silenced or punished. Just like Christchurch, inconvenient truths about the jab were buried to shield the elites who pushed the rollout.
We see this theatre time and again. Take the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in State Care. We all know the horrific truth: systemic abuse of the most vulnerable over decades. The evidence was overwhelming. Yet the response from the government and state apparatus has been classic lip-service – public apologies, vague promises of “redress,” and carefully worded reports that ultimately protect the guilty parties within the system. Real accountability? Almost none. The club of criminal elites looks after its own.
As a journalist holding power to account, I’ve been targeted for simply demanding transparency on these issues. Lawyers? Their hands are tied within the very framework the state designed to maintain the illusion of justice. They operate inside the system; rocking the boat too hard risks their place in it. If you’re connected to the state apparatus, crime pays very well. For the rest of us? Dissent is rebranded as extremism.
The Christchurch cover-up exposes the rot: No organised resistance succeeds because the rules are rigged. They write the laws, control the narrative, classify the evidence, and punish those who dare look behind the curtain. They used the tragedy to push gun control, online censorship, and “hate speech” expansions while burying inconvenient truths.
New Zealanders, wake up. This isn’t governance – it’s a protection racket. The emperor has no clothes, and the video they banned proves the official story is a fabrication. Demand the forensic report be addressed publicly. Demand answers, not bans. Demand the right to see evidence and decide for yourself.
If they can fake or censor Christchurch, bury the real story on the jab rollout, and turn a Royal Commission into another whitewash, what else are they hiding? The system isn’t broken. It is working exactly as designed – for them, not you.

Have you had your fill of marches, petitions, submissions, and letters that vanish into the void of deaf ears? How many protests have you attended, chanting for change, only to see the same globalist agenda steamroll forward? I’ve been screaming it from the rooftops: this agenda is coming, whether you like it or not. Unless you snap out of your delusion that the same tired political parties – recycled faces, recycled promises – will somehow save you, nothing changes. They won’t. They’re complicit.
Look around. Organisations claim to be “for the people,” then herd you like sheep to vote for the very same suits who’ve gutted our country. The economy’s in freefall, lives are shattered, and division is sown through manufactured outrage and rewritten history. They pit us against each other while they feast. Your rights are being stripped – freedom of speech gagged by censorship laws, property rights eroded by predatory regulations, and bodily autonomy crushed under medical mandates. You’re told what to say, what to think, what to inject, all while they tighten the noose.

Tired of watching our children become targets, their futures stolen, while parents are reduced to powerless bystanders? The state gets away with murder – literal and figurative – while inquiries, those feel-good nothing-burgers, deliver zero justice, zero accountability.

Domestic violence is surging, crime is rampant, and why? Because people feel worthless, crushed under the boot of a government that thrives on their misery. Families are breaking, spirits are crumbling, and the parasites in power – backed by their police thugs and rubber-stamped by complicit courts – will never, ever, let go of that power willingly.
You know it. I know it. We’re sick of it. Sick of the betrayal, the lies, the pain. We know you’ve been let down, time and again, by those who promised change and delivered ruin. We know many of you are giving up, hearts heavy with despair, because every other party has failed you.

The bills pile up, ACC plays God with your injury claim, Work and Income treats you like a criminal, and every door you knock on slams shut. Hannah Spierer, too, was arrested and now faces 14 years in prison because a link – just a link – to a foreign documentary site was shared on Counterspin Media’s Telegram in February 2022. That same content wasn’t deemed “objectionable” until March 10. By law, there is no retrospective application in classification legislation. Meaning no crime at the time. Yet they are trying to jail us. Why? To send a message: We will silence you, and we will get away with it.
The evidence proving the mosque attack video was fake has been provided to media, to police, to government ministers. They all remain silent. Silent because the truth shatters their narrative. Silent because corruption runs to the highest levels. We have proven a conspiracy. This should be front-page news. It isn’t. Why? Because they hold the monopoly on threat and fear. They use it to intimidate and destroy. They have tried to destroy me. They will try to destroy anyone else who dares speak.
But we will not bow.
The Mirror: Your Distrust is the System’s Nightmare
Look in the mirror. Do you trust a single politician anymore? Do you trust the justice system? The media? Every speech, every slogan, and every promise is manipulation. The machine exists to preserve itself – not you.
