Aly Cook, board member of the New Zealand Outdoors & Freedom Party (NZOFP), says the time for inquiries and “lessons learned” is over.
Following the release of the Royal Commission’s Phase Two report, Cook is calling for immediate criminal investigation against the officials who suppressed evidence of harm from the novel mRNA vaccine and those who continued to promote it, despite being aware of the risks of myocarditis, pericarditis and other serious harm and even death.
Cook, whose son has a clinically diagnosed and ACC-accepted vaccine injury, has dismissed New Zealand First’s call for a Select Committee as an insulting stalling tactic designed to avoid the courtroom.
The Erasure of Clinical Evidence
“Thousands of bereaved and injured New Zealanders have already poured their hearts out to the Covid Royal Commission of Inquiry. We gave them our evidence, and we were ignored,” says Cook. “Inquiry Chair Grant Illingworth’s opening statements made it clear he viewed the evidence of the injured as something that wasn’t ‘based in science.’
“I have a simple question for the Commission: Since when do ECGs, blood tests, and formal clinical diagnoses from cardiologists count as ‘theory’ rather than science? We are not a hypothesis. Our families deaths and injuries are recorded in black and white. ACC has already paid out over $19 million for vaccine injuries and deaths. This is a fiscal admission of a medical catastrophe. To ignore a formal diagnosis in favour of a political narrative is the height of anti-science.”
Jurisdictional Failure: Why a Select Committee is a Dead End
Cook argues that pushing families into a Select Committee is a strategic move to avoid genuine accountability for the harm caused.
“Forcing the vaccine injured to relive their hell in front of a Select Committee is a secondary trauma designed to waste time,” says Cook. “More importantly, Select Committees have no jurisdiction to investigate criminal matters. They are legally toothless. We do not need a political talk-fest to ‘learn lessons’ from the death and maiming of our children. We need a criminal investigation into the individuals who looked at the July and August 2021 data and chose to hide it.”
The Criminal Timeline of Suppression
The NZOFP points to an undeniable timeline of suppression that led to permanent harm:

July 2021 TAG Meeting: Officials explicitly stated: “Anyone who develops confirmed myocarditis and/or pericarditis from the first dose should not receive a second dose.” This was withheld from the public.

August 2021 TAG Meeting: Minutes show officials “actioned” the removal of advice regarding increased dosing intervals—advice that could have protected young hearts from inflammation.
“It was requested that references to increasing dosing intervals potentially providing some protection against myocarditis be removed from the communications. This has been actioned.” – TAG MEETING – 17 August, 2021
“Young people in this country have died and others have been maimed permanently because officials traded safety for a PR script,” Cook continues. “This is not a policy debate; it is criminal negligence. If you knowingly hide a way to prevent a heart injury in a young you belong in a courtroom, not at a committee hearing.”

Criminal Charges: Immediate prosecution of the officials responsible for scrubbing safety warnings from the 2021 communications.

“If the Commission won’t say the words ‘Vaccine Injured,’ they aren’t seeking the truth—they are seeking an exit strategy,” Cook concludes. “The NZOFP will not rest until those who hid the truth face justice.”

There are so many aspects to this crime that need to be criminally investigated with no regard for anyone’s “importance” or position.
I believe my Mums death from a turbo cancer shortly after being vaxxed is a murder but the evidence would be hard to produce for a court case. However I suspect the culprits could be busted for many other things e.g. corruption.

I too lost my Mum post vaccine booster. She had Thrombocytopenia post her 2nd jab but needed to have boosters living in a Retirement complex. She was diagnosed with Myelomoncytic Leukaemia and was given 12-8 months. She sadly passed away four months post diagnosis.
According to CARM, Thrombocytopenia was a known side effect. There was no report provided to CARM by the GP nor was she told to refrain from future boosters. We have the blood results pre and post to prove /support the causal link but sadly all of these results will not be available in the future as GP records are only required to be kept 10 years and one day since last consult.
Suggest a case be made for all Medical records to be retained indefinitely while further investigations are undertaken in New Zealand. Within 4 years all of the evidence will likely be erased.( See Medical Council guidelines around patient records retention).
Unfortunately, there will be no justice by way of the criminal protection service. The only thing to keep doing is to educate your peers away from their poisons, thus depriving them of potential customers and influence (which is what a court appointed fine would probably at best result in anyway).
Respect to you Aly. The report was a slap in the face to the vaccine injured. I am still wending my was through…but I can’t recall if there was mention in the main report of the absolutely batshit crazy pronouncement by Bloomfield that if you have a serious adverse reaction to your first shot you could get your second in A&E. If you get heart issues from the first shot, just wait a little longer before getting the second. And those shameless so-called doctors who backed him up. I curse the lot of them.

According to Medsafe Covid jab safety report no 46 from 19 February 2021 to 30 September 2022 3,233 people died within three weeks of receiving the Pfizer concoction. It would be useful to know exactly how many days post jab those people died and what the medical fraternity put down on the death certificate as the cause of death.

The recently released Phase Two Report of the Royal Commission of Inquiry into COVID-19 Lessons Learned, published on March 10, 2026, serves as yet another example of this entrenched political theater. While it acknowledges some shortcomings in the government’s response – such as overly prolonged restrictions, ignored advice on vaccine risks for young people, and a slow exit from the elimination strategy – it is hamstrung by its narrow terms of reference. This limited scope has conveniently handed the establishment their preferred talking points, allowing them to perpetuate propaganda that distracts from the core issues. The public is once again being led astray, focusing on superficial “lessons learned” rather than confronting the profound failures and actual criminality at play.
Let us be clear: what transpired during the COVID-19 response was not mere incompetence – it was criminal. The mandates, lockdowns, and vaccine rollout decisions resulted in widespread harm, including deaths, maimings, and ongoing long-term health issues for countless New Zealanders. These actions demand not another toothless inquiry, but a full-blown, far-reaching criminal investigation. This must include the immediate seizure of computers, mobile phones, and all electronic devices; a thorough examination of financial records; and the scrutiny of all communications among those involved. Only through such rigorous measures can we uncover the truth, leading to mass arrests, severe sentences, and the forfeiture of assets amassed through these criminal activities as proceeds of crime.
In a particularly hypocritical turn, Winston Peters of New Zealand First is now positioning himself as a champion of the aggrieved, feigning outrage over the report’s findings and demanding a select committee investigation into vaccine injuries. This is nothing short of astonishing, given that Phase Two of the COVID-19 Inquiry was expanded under the current coalition government, in which Peters served as Deputy Prime Minister, and yet it deliberately avoided the most critical questions. Where is the accountability for the murders, maimings, and enduring suffering caused by these policies? Silence.
Peters’ sudden indignation rings hollow, as it ignores the very harms his government’s inquiry failed to address. Those who continue to support such charlatans are profoundly misguided, enabling a cycle of deception that undermines our democracy.
The New Zealand Loyal Party stands firm in its commitment to truth, justice, and the protection of New Zealanders. We call on all Kiwis to reject this political theater and demand real accountability. The time for half-measures is over; only a comprehensive criminal probe will deliver the justice New Zealand deserves.
