Chappie Te Kani has stepped down as chief executive of Oranga Tamariki to prioritise his health, following medical leave and surgery last September.

  1. What’s he actually achieved? Still no justice for baby Ru and allowed LOVED Maori children to be removed from foster parents whose only crime was that they weren’t Maori. Dreadful situation. Thank goodness Karen Chourr has stepped in and got this law changed so that children can remain in a loving home NO MATTER which ethnicity the foster or adoptive parents are. The most important thing is the children’s safety, stability and happiness.

So yeah don’t let the door hit you on the way out mate.

    • Yes i agree he is a typical ineffective government sycophant.
They are all the same the swamp needs to be drained.
