Russia’s shadow fleet was being insured in part by a New Zealand company called Maritime Mutual, which is now under investigation for its role in enabling sanctioned oil shipments.

Headquartered in Auckland, Maritime Mutual is run by 75-year-old Briton Paul Rankin and his family.
It provided insurance coverage for nearly one-sixth of all tankers in the shadow fleet.
Insurance is essential for port access—without it, tankers are barred from most global ports.
Since 2018, ships insured by Maritime Mutual have carried:
$18.2 billion worth of Iranian oil
$16.7 billion worth of Russian oil

Maritime Mutual is being investigated by New Zealand Police, the US Treasury, and authorities in the UK and Australia.
NZ Police executed search warrants at Maritime Mutual’s offices in Auckland and Christchurch, as well as a private residence.
The probe focuses on potential breaches of the Russian Sanctions Act 2022.

NATO’s Parliamentary Assembly has recommended that member governments provide Ukraine with intermediate-range missiles (IRBM). Apparently the Parliamentary Assembly is either insane or suicidal.

These are ballistic missiles with a range of 1,000 to 5,500 kilometers, including Tomahawk Cruise Missiles which are capable of “striking at the strategic depth of the enemy.”

The Assembly’s decision is advisory, but it opens the way.

Apparently, NATO is flatly ignoring the entire basis for the Russia-Ukraine war: The Expansion of NATO.

Former NATO General Secretary Jens Stoltenberg admitted this on TV, when he said “Putin went to war over NATO Expansion:”

Russia’s position that NATO expansion must stop and be reversed is based on promises made to then-Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev; promises made by then US Secretary of State, James Baker III, who told Gorbachev “NATO will not move one inch east.”

This assurance was given to Gorbachev numerous times, not only by the US, but also by the UK and by Germany. The proof that this was promised is contained in declassified minutes of the Kremlin meeting, as shown below in this portion of declassified documents from the United States National Security Archive:

This conversation is especially important because subsequent researchers have speculated that Secretary Baker may have been speaking beyond his brief in his “not one inch eastward” conversation with Gorbachev. Robert Gates, the former top CIA intelligence analyst and a specialist on the USSR, in a separate declassified document (below) tells his kind-of-counterpart, the head of the KGB, in his office at the Lubyanka KGB headquarters, exactly what Baker told Gorbachev that day at the Kremlin: not one inch eastward.

At that point, Gates was the top deputy to the president’s national security adviser, Gen. Brent Scowcroft, so this document speaks to a coordinated approach by the U.S. government to Gorbachev.

Kryuchkov, whom Gorbachev appointed to replace Viktor Chebrikov at the KGB in October 1988, comes across here as surprisingly progressive on many issues of domestic reform. He talks openly about the shortcomings and problems of perestroika, the need to abolish the leading role of the CPSU, the central government’s mistaken neglect of ethnic issues, the “atrocious” pricing system, and other domestic topics.

When the discussion moves on to foreign policy, in particular the German question, Gates asks, “What did Kryuchkov think of the Kohl/Genscher proposal under which a united Germany would be associated with NATO, but in which NATO troops would move no further east than they now were? It seems to us to be a sound proposal.” Kryuchkov does not give a direct answer but talks about how sensitive the issue of German unification is for the Soviet public and suggests that the Germans should offer the Soviet Union some guarantees. He says that although Kohl and Genscher’s ideas are interesting, “even those points in their proposals with which we agree would have to have guarantees. We learned from the Americans in arms control negotiations the importance of verification, and we would have to be sure.”

So present-day NATO, via their recently retired General Secretary, ADMITS Russia went to war in Ukraine over NATO Expansion.

The documents from the US National Security Archive PROVE that the US, UK, Germany made assurances to Gorbachev, and to the KGB that “NATO will not move one inch eastward” and all of that went right out the window four years later starting in 1994 when then US President Bill Clinton signed-off on expanding NATO right up to Russia’s Border! ! ! ! !

WE BROKE OUR WORD.

Over and over again, we promised the then-Soviets that we would not move one inch eastward. We lied. THAT is the reason for the ongoing Ukraine war. WE are in the wrong.

It got worse! in 1999, NATO attacked Yugoslavia and broke the country apart through a completely UNAUTHORIZED and utterly illegal BOMBING campaign.

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) carried out an aerial bombing campaign against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia during the Kosovo War. The air strikes lasted from 24 March 1999 to 10 June 1999. The bombings continued until an agreement was reached that led to the withdrawal of the Yugoslav Army from Kosovo.

The United States and NATO had no right and no authority to do any of this. Not even the United Nations or the UN Security Council, approved of this!

The Russians vehemently objected, but because they were still paying off the debt of the former Soviet Union, which had dissolved itself in December 1991, Russia was not strong enough at that time, to do anything about what we were doing.

This bombing of Yugoslavia until the country was broken up, showed the Russians that NATO was no longer a “defensive” alliance, it was a rogue military bloc willing to attack European countries without legal authority, to break them up.

Then, on 19 March 2011, a multi-state NATO-led coalition began a military intervention in Libya, bombing that country until its leader Muammar Gaddafi, was brutally beaten and shot in the head by rioting crowds.

So again, Russia bore witness to NATO being an aggressive military bloc that overthrows governments!

Fast forward again to February, 2014, when The US, the EU and NATO fomented, financed and facilitated the riotous overthrow of Ukraine President Viktor Yanukovych. In an intercepted phone call, then US Undersecretary Victoria Nuland decided with other US State Department officials, who the new leader of Ukraine would be!

Here is that intercepted phone call between Victoria Nuland and Ukraine Ambassador Jeffrey Pyatt, wherein they decided who would be in the next Ukraine government!

It was Russian intelligence that intercepted that call, so Russia had PROOF it was the West that overthrew Yanukovych in their bid to get Ukraine into NATO.

They want Ukraine in NATO to place American missiles on Ukraine soil with a 5 minute flight time to Moscow. Russia said “no.” NATO moved ahead nevertheless.

By September, 2014, Ukraine’s new “puppet” government, favorable to the West, had been firing artillery and mortars into Luhansk and Donetsk to ethnically-cleanse the Russian-speaking populations there.

A major Diplomatic initiative was undertaken via meetings in nearby Minsk, Belarus. Then-French President Francois Hollande, then-German Chancellor Angela Merkel, then-Ukraine President Pietro Poroshenko, along with representatives from Luhansk, Donetsk, and Russian President Vladimir Putin, negotiated for 19 hours to hammer-out a peace deal, to stop the conflict. All the parties signed the “Minsk Agreement.”

The fighting didn’t stop. Ukraine did not honor even ONE point of the Minsk Agreement.

Fast forward to December, 2021. Russia sent a Treaty Proposal to NATO, as mentioned in the video above by Jens Stoltenberg, seeking security guarantees to protect Russia from continued NATO expansion. NATO refused.

In January 2022, Russia again sent that Treaty to the White House in the USA, to #10 Downing Street in the UK, and to each and every capital of every NATO Country. Only this time, the proposal made clear: “If Russia cannot obtain iron-clad, legally enforceable security guarantees via Diplomatic means, it will obtain them through military or military technical means.”

They warned us they would go to war. We laughed and rejected negotiations.

So, on February 20, 2024 they went to war. Exactly as they said they would do.

The West was shocked. Started LYING to the world that this was “an unprovoked Russian aggression.” Lying that this was about “Ukraine freedom.” Lying that this “is not about NATO.” Lying that “Putin is a Dictator trying to rebuild the former Soviet Union.” Every single claim was — and still is — a lie. Those lies are regurgitated by people in the US and EU who are such mental weaklings, they simply refuse to look at the facts. They repeat the lies trying to sound smart.

Lie after lie, after lie. Spewed by NATO governments, and peddled by a subservient media that has utterly abandoned it’s job to report the facts. The truth? It got buried.

A few weeks into the Russia-Ukraine Conflict, both Francois Hollande and Angela Merkel, in separate TV interviews, ADMITTED the entire Minsk peace conference was a deliberate DECEPTION.

Hollande told the TV interviewer “We never intended to honor the Minsk agreement. It was only signed to buy time for Ukraine to arm for war with Russia.” Merkel, a week or so later told German Television the same thing: “Minsk was only to buy time for Ukraine to arm.”

They DELIBERATELY attended a Peace Conference with the INTENT to DECEIVE ! ! ! What kind of people do something like that? Psychopaths.

So after seeing these interviews on TV, the Russians began to realize that the people in NATO not only broke their word about NATO “not moving one inch east,” they illegally bombed Yugoslavia to break-up the country without ANY authorization from anyone, they overthrew Gaddafi in Libya, and they deliberately deceived Russia by attending the Minsk Peace Conference with the INTENT to deceive. Russia now realized NATO are lying, deceitful, violent, dangerous, psychopaths.

Russia asked itself: If NATO did this to Yugoslavia, and NATO did that to Gaddafi, and NATO lied to signa phony peace Treaty in Minsk, what else are they capable of? What if RUSSIA is on their list? The Russians likely said to themselves, NATO is trying to completely surround us, to take us over, too!

Fast forward again to this month: We have seen over the past two weeks, Ukraine used American ATACMS to attack Kursk, Russia. Russia responded by escalating and used an Intermediate Range Ballistic missile in its fight with Ukraine. A fight that Ukraine would have lost in days had it not been for NATO meddling.

And now, NATO is talking about providing intermediate range missiles to Ukraine, to bomb Russia.

Russia has made clear that western-supplied missiles need satellites to guide them to target, and that Ukraine does not have any satellites. So those weapons must be guided to target by the US, the EU, and NATO Satellites.

THAT guidance-to-target makes the US, the EU and NATO “Parties to the conflict” for which Russia can STRIKE our countries.

The West continues to ignore the reality that Russia can – and very likely WILL — commence such strikes. HERE. Inside the USA and inside Europe.

When Russia says they’re going to do something, they do it.

They told us they would use military against Ukraine, and they did it.

They have repeatedly told us they would use nukes to preserve their country. Only a fool would think they won’t do that, too.

They told us they would hit us if our missiles were fired by Ukraine, but guided to target by US/EU/NATO satellites. That has now begun happening. US-supplied ATACMS are now being used by Ukraine to strike deep into Russia.

Now that our missiles are being used to hit Russia, things are highly likely to escalate to nuclear strikes because the West has so depleted its own armament that the only weapons they have left to use are nukes.

Russia, on the other hand, is producing in THREE MONTHS, what the ENTIRE EU produces in one year. The EU and the USA simply cannot keep up.

Within weeks, it is likely that this Russia-Ukraine war will escalate into World War. Nuclear World War.

When that happens, you and your family are very likely to DIE in a nuclear nightmare.

I thought you should know why you and your family are probably going to be killed.

Now, you know: We broke our word and engaged in NATO EXPANSION after we promised we wouldn’t.

As evidenced by the NATO Parliamentary Assembly recommendation yesterday, to supply Intermediate Range missiles to Ukraine, it is clear we won’t stop what we’re doing.

11 Years Ago TODAY, The US, EU Lead a Coup d’ Etat in Ukraine – they’ve been fighting ever since

Eleven years ago today, the CIA and, likely MI6, lead a Coup d’état in Ukraine. They dubbed it the “Maidan” revolution. They’ve been at war ever since.

It was 11 years ago today that all the REAL trouble in Ukraine began. The US financed protests in Ukraine with almost one million dollars a day, in cash, coming out of the US Embassy in Kiev.

In the next weeks, the protests would become so violent, the CIA-backed protesters burned Ukrainian government people alive in cities like Odessa and Mariupol.

Within months, the democratically-elected President, Viktor Yanukovych, was overthrown and a puppet government was installed by the US and the EU, in Kiev.

This caused the people of Crimea to vote in a public referendum, to secede, and return home to Russia. Crimea had only been part of Ukraine for about 55 years, after Nikita Khrushchev (a Ukrainian) General Secretary of the Soviet Union, GAVE Crimea to Ukraine.

Crimea voted overwhelmingly to return home to Russia.

The collective West recoiled in horror, and refused to recognize the vote, even though it was closely monitored by United Nations election observers.

To this very day, the collective West denies reality, and refers to Crimea as “occupied.”

After Crimea departed Ukraine, Luhansk and Donetsk wanted to leave. Ukraine, at the urging of the EU and the US, massed troops on the borders of those two Oblasts (states) and began firing artillery and mortars into the civilian populations. They wanted to ethnically-cleanse the Russian-speaking population!

The state militia of both Luhansk and Donetsk fought Ukraine to a standstill, but at a terrible price: 13,000 civilians were killed by the Ukraine shelling and mortar fire.

Hoping to stop the bloodshed, a meeting was arranged in Minsk, Belarus for a peace conference. It was attended by the Kiev government, via President Poroshenko, representatives from Luhansk and Donetsk, the President of France, Francois Hollande, and the Chancellor of Germany, Angela Merkel, as well as Russian President Vladimir Putin.

After almost 19 hours of negotiations, they all signed the Minsk Agreement” to restore peace.

Ukraine did not honor even ONE item of that agreement.

Enter Donald Trump. Trump handily defeated political wretch Hillary Clinton and all the troubles in Ukraine stopped. It was like magic!

Fast-forward to 2020, the Democrat Party in the US used massive mail-in Ballot fraud, and electronic fraud with electronic voting machines, to STEAL the U.S. Presidency.

Within ONE WEEK of Joe Biden taking office, all the trouble in Ukraine began again. Like Magic, again!

Seeing how this was going, In December 2021, Russia put forth a proposal for Iron-clad, legally enforceable security guarantees. The collective West laughed at them and threw the proposal in the dustbin of history.

Weeks later, Russia issued the proposal again, only this time, they finished it by saying “If Russia cannot get iron-clad, legally enforceable security guarantees by Diplomatic means, it will achieve them through military means.” They openly told everyone they were going to use force.

It took the collective West about two or three weeks to digest this, before they laughed again, and threw the proposal in the dustbin.

On February 21, 2022, Russia called Ukraine’s new President, Zelensky, and told him that Ukraine had five hours to agree not to join NATO. Zelensky called the UK Foreign Secretary and the US State Department. BOTH told Ukraine to “ignore Russia.”

Russia waited the five hours and, when there was no reply from Ukraine, two hours later, the Russian Army entered Ukraine and the war had begun.

The collective West calls this an unprovoked war of aggression. That is a lie. The West provoked this back in 2014 with the “Maidan” coup d’ etat, they provoked it again with the shelling and mortar fire into Luhansk and Donetsk, and they provoked it again by failing/refusing the Minsk Agreement.

The result has been:

Over one million dead soldiers all together, over 600,000 Ukrainians at least out of that million.
Likely three or four times that maimed disfigured and crippled.
25 or more million Ukrainians have left their country. Over half the population!
The country of Ukraine is destroyed and will probably never recover.

Years later, after Russia entered the fight under its “Duty to Protect” in the UN Charter, both Hollande and Merkel admitted in TV interviews, the entire Minsk conference was a ruse. They both admitted they got involved “to buy time for Ukraine to arm for war with Russia.”

What kind of person goes to a Peace Conference with the intent to deceive into war? Psychopaths, maybe?

THAT is why today, the Russia-Ukraine conflict goes on, and despite all the weapons and money provided by NATO, Ukraine is losing.

The sooner Russia defeats Ukraine, the sooner all this trouble will end.
