U.S cancels COVID jab emergency use authorisation

COVID jab EUA news

Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr announced a sweeping shift in the U.S’s Covid-19 ‘vaccination’ policy, declaring the end of federal mandates and the formal rescission of emergency use authorisations (EUAs).

The move, carried out through a series of Food and Drug Administration (FDA) actions, marks a turning point in U.S. pandemic management.

Kennedy said the decisions fulfilled his four promises: ending Covid vaccine mandates, keeping vaccines available for those who want them, requiring placebo-controlled trials from manufacturers, and formally ending the public health emergency.

“The American people demanded science, safety, and common sense. This framework delivers all three,” he stated.

Under the new framework, Covid vaccines will no longer be distributed under EUAs — the legal basis once used to justify broad mandates during the Biden administration.

Instead, the FDA has granted full marketing authorisation for use in at-risk populations.

Moderna’s mRNA shot is now authorised for those aged six months and older, Pfizer’s for ages five and up, and Novavax’s for ages twelve and older. All will be available for patients choosing the jab after consulting with their doctors.

The decision re-establishes normal regulatory oversight for Covid mRNA shots.

New requirements for placebo-controlled trials seek to strengthen trust in vaccine science moving forward have also been imposed.

  1. And what’s the next step? To strengthen human rights by amending the US constitution to include the rights to – refuse medical treatment, real freedoms to make our own health choices (all choices!!), uncontaminated food, etc
