Youth Aid referrals after Kohimarama dairy burglary

Kohimarama Diary burglary news

Three youths have been referred to Youth Aid following a burglary at a Kohimarama dairy early this morning in which a car was used to enter the premises.

At approximately 3.15am a car was driven into the premises and several grocery items were taken.

A short time later in Glenn Innes Police attended a burglary in which the car from the dairy burglary was seen leaving. Air Support Unit Eagle tracked the vehicle which was subsequently spiked, and three occupants ran to a neighbouring property where they were located and taken into Police custody.

Three young people have been referred to Youth Aid and enquiries are continuing to identify the fourth occupant.
