Sam Reinhart scored four goals to lead the Florida Panthers to a dominant 5-1 victory over the Edmonton Oilers, securing their second consecutive Stanley Cup title.
The Panthers wrapped up the series 4-2 on home ice at Amerant Bank Arena, repeating last year’s success against the same opponent.
Reinhart became the first player since 1957 to score four goals in a Stanley Cup final, while Matthew Tkachuk, playing through serious injuries, praised the team’s depth and fight.
Edmonton managed only a late consolation goal, with their last Stanley Cup win still dating back to 1990.
