Car dealer sends bizarre poop pics in shocking refund saga

Christopher Schwartz news
Christopher Schwartz (R).

A couple’s attempt to get a $15,000 refund for an undelivered car turned into a surreal nightmare when car dealer Christopher Schwartz of iSeeCars Limited sent them explicit pictures of excrement instead of their money.

Johannes and Chizelle Cilliers financed a hybrid Nissan Skyline, which was never delivered due to unresolved faults.

After multiple refund requests and a Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal ruling in their favour, Schwartz kept the refund money and bizarrely emailed the offensive images.

Despite claiming the photos were a “terrible prank” gone wrong, Schwartz’s actions led to questions about his suitability as a motor vehicle trader. His company has since gone into liquidation, leaving the Cilliers still out of pocket and questioning their financial future.

The tribunal revealed Schwartz pocketed the funds meant for the refund, leaving the Cilliers as joint registered owners of the faulty car alongside the supplier.

While Schwartz has surrendered his trading license, he had already registered a new company at the same address as his liquidated business. The couple remains uncertain about their financial standing, describing the ordeal as “surreal” and warning others against similar experiences. “We just wanted to buy a car, and instead, we got pictures of poo. Who does that?” Chizelle told legacy media.
