House Republican leaders Elise Stefanik and James Comer have accused the White House of releasing a “false transcript” of President Biden’s recent comments, in which he referred to Trump supporters as “garbage.”
Stefanik and Comer claim the altered transcript could violate the Presidential Records Act. In a letter to White House counsel Edward Siskel, the two Republicans demanded that all records related to the comments and transcript be preserved, emphasising Biden’s apparent role as a primary voice for Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign.
Biden’s controversial remarks came during a Zoom call with Voto Latino, where he responded to comedian Tony Hinchcliffe’s derogatory joke about Puerto Rico at a Trump rally, saying, “The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters.”
The White House, however, released a transcript suggesting Biden said, “The only garbage I see floating out there is his — his demonisation of Latinos is unconscionable.”
White House Deputy Press Secretary Andrew Bates and Biden himself clarified that the president referred to the “hateful rhetoric” of Trump supporters as “garbage” rather than the individuals.
In response, Kamala Harris sought to defend Biden while calling for “unity” amid divisive times.
Trump, speaking at a rally in North Carolina, condemned Biden and Harris, asserting that their administration lacks respect for Americans.
“My response to Joe and Kamala is very simple: You can’t lead America if you don’t love Americans. And you can’t be president if you hate the American people, and there’s a lot of hatred there.”
Stefanik and Comer’s letter further demanded that the White House release an “accurate transcript” and warned against altering presidential statements, which they argue reflects growing divisiveness in Biden’s public rhetoric.
Biden just called half the country garbage, and now people like Kevin O’Leary are “pissed.”

Exactly! The Democrats have always been like this, it’s just that now people are starting to notice.
In my considered opinion, if President Trump “loses” because the Democrats cheat enough to “win”, then the US as a Constitutional Republic is essentially over. I then see the following possibilities:
(1) Revolution leading to civil war as the people, federal government and military are each divided down the middle. Even worse would be the UN sending in “blue helmet” troops which would probably be Russian and/or Chinese, and they would never leave. The US as a geopolitical entity would then cease to exist and other countries would divide up the spoils – New China, New Russia, New Europe where US states used to be.
(2) The US population accepts the loss and then the “deep state” under Harris/Walz gets the US involved in a series of increasingly reckless wars while the US experiences unprecedented urban decay. This could also result in UN “blue helmet” troops coming in.
So, in my opinion, it is CRITICAL to the survival of the US as a geopolitical entity that President Trump wins this election. The “white hats” must do everything possible to ensure that he does by stopping all forms of cheating. I believe that the very survival of the US is at stake.
